Our lawns and gardens are 19th century landscape that showcases herbal and perennial flower gardens with a goldfish pond and cast iron fountain.  We are a quiet and unhurried reflection of the 19th century.  If this sounds appealing to you - Reservations may be placed by  phone at the number above,  USPS mail, Internet-On-line either through Webervations or via Email, or by using the form below.

As a point of information: For the safety and comfort of all of our guests the Victorian Villa has a "no smoking" policy.  The Victorian Villa is a 19th Century Guesthouse, we are not a motel or a hotel.  Our Guest Suites and Bedchambers, by design, are set up for Privacy & Romantic Get-Aways. The Villa is a great place to rekindle your relationship or begin a new one. Our Suites and Bedchambers are not wired for phones - but there is a common phone available if you need one and only a couple of our Suites and Bedchambers are wired for Cable TV.

The Villa, free of most modern day distractions, is the perfect place for small Business Conferences & "Think-Tank" gatherings as well as the perfect place for Weekday Business Travelers - especially with our deep-daily-discount on all of our Suites and Bedchambers Sundays - Thursdays...

The Villa, an unhurried reflection of the 19th Century, is also a great place for a Solitude & Reflection Get-Away - a wonderful place to finish that novel, or just sit and relax in the sunshine and listen to our Century-Old Fountain bubble its familiar refrain while you take that afternoon nap...

MANY TIMES LEAVING THE INN IS DIFFICULT - ESPECIALLY AFTER AN EXCEPTIONALLY RESTFUL STAY. OUR CHECK-OUTS ARE UP UNTIL 11:00AM ON YOUR DAY OF DEPARTURE. LATER CHECK-OUTS ARE AVAILABLE - BUT BECAUSE LATER CHECK-OUTS MEANS EXTENDED WORK-TIMES FOR OUR HOUSEKEEPERS THEY ARE AVAILABLE ONLY AT AN EXTRA CHARGE - PLEASE NOTIFY US AHEAD OF TIME OF YOUR NEEDS SO THAT WE CAN SCHEDULE OUR HOUSEKEEPERS ACCORDINGLY....

Reservations / Cancellations - Please Read Carefully

• A deposit equal to the rate of one night's accommodations, or one half of the total reservation ( which ever is greater) is required to confirm a reservation at the Victorian Villa Inn. Rooms are not secured and a reservation is not confirmed until a deposit is received. Deposits may be paid in cash, personal check, or as a convenience to guests, deposits may be charged to a guest's Visa, Master Card, or Discover credit card. Payment is due upon reservation confirmation. Please call to place reservations - Toll Free @ 1-800-34-VILLA (1-800-348-4552)
• In  the event that your plans change and your reservations are altered, or cancelled and you notify us more than ten days in advance of your arrival date the following applies: a $35.00 per room / per night cancellation fee will be deducted from your returned deposit. Cancellation or altering notice of your reservations in less than ten days prior to your arrival date will result in complete reservation fee forfeiture.
• Block Reservations of three (3) rooms or more, reserved to one name, will be charged in full, a completely non-refundable deposit for the entire lodging reservation total.
• Two Night Minimums: There are a few weekends that we require a two night stay when booking a Saturday Night - You may couple up a two night stay with a Friday & Saturday Stay or a Saturday & Sunday Stay. If a room is booked for a Saturday night within 14 days out of the reservation date the second night is not required.
• BECAUSE WE ARE A "DESTINATION INN" AND NOT AN INN AT A DESTINATION WE REQUIRE CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS WITH AT LEAST A DEPOSIT EQUAL TO ONE NIGHT'S LODGING IN ADVANCE OF YOUR SCHEDULED LODGING RESERVATION.
