In 2021 we began planting our Vineyard at the Victorian Villa Inn with 65 vines of Osceola Muscat wine grapes. We are planning on planting additional vines in 2022 that will more than double the size of our vineyard. It normally takes 3 years from planting for the grape vines to mature to the point of producing any grapes, 4 years from planting for production of enough grapes to start making wine and 5 years from planting to start full production. We anticipate producing wine some time starting in 2024.
